The application constitutes a preliminary evaluation request aimed at assessing the potential establishment of a commercial collaboration between the parties.
Submitting the application form does not create any obligation for FoodTripGo to activate or formalize a collaboration.

3. Service Delivery, Communication and Transmission of Materials
The services are provided by the owner of FoodTripGo and its collaborators. Communications between you and FoodTripGo, as well as between FoodTripGo and partners, may occur primarily via: email telephone SMS or WhatsApp messages contact forms available on FoodTripGo Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet The electronic transmission of information (for example via email or digital collaboration platforms) may involve risks, including unauthorized access by third parties, manipulation of information or delivery failures. These risks may be reduced through encrypted communication methods, such as encrypted email attachments or secure messaging platforms. FoodTripGo does not generally implement encryption procedures for communications. By accepting these GTA, you authorize FoodTripGo to communicate electronically without encrypted transmission, acknowledging the associated risks.
4. Partner Evaluation and Selection
FoodTripGo reserves the right to independently evaluate each application based on internal qualitative and strategic criteria.
5. Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is processed according to the provisions described in this document and in the attached Privacy Policy.
6. Data Protection
By accepting these GTA, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data by FoodTripGo according to the terms specified in the attached Data Protection Notice.
7. Communications
Communications regarding the application may occur through email, telephone or digital communication tools, including WhatsApp and video conferencing platforms.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The services are governed by Swiss law, particularly by the provisions relating to mandate agreements pursuant to Articles 394 and following of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Any disputes arising in connection with the services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lugano, Switzerland.
